Roof moss removal is priced based on the size of the roof, access, roof type, and the method required.

Because it involves working at height, careful removal, full clean-up, and often a biocide treatment, it’s usually a significant maintenance project rather than a quick clean.
Most full roof moss removal jobs are four-figure projects. 

In some cases, such as small, simple roofs with straightforward access, the cost may be lower, but we assess each roof individually to recommend the safest and most appropriate approach.

Our biocide treatment helps slow moss and lichen regrowth for up to 2–3 years, depending on roof type and local conditions. 

The biocide is applied safely and in controlled amounts.
We advise keeping pets away from treated areas for 1–2 hours until fully dry. 

Yes. Our SafeAir™ Technology provides a 100% dry, no-water roof cleaning method. Water-based cleaning is only used on request and only if the roof is suitable. 

Not usually. SafeAir™ is a no-water, air-powered cleaning method, ideal for most roofs.
Pressure washing is available only when requested and only if the roof is assessed as suitable. 

Many older or delicate roofs can’t withstand high-pressure cleaning.
SafeAir™ uses precision-controlled compressed air and gentle scraping to remove moss while reducing impact on tiles and helping protect the roof’s condition.
